This week, I finally finished the first big blanket project for our elder daughter, an Attic24 Coastal Ripple. I started soon after Yarndale but put it on hold for a few weeks during the Cosy CAL and picked it up a few days after finishing that.
It’s been a labour of love, but I’m thrilled with the result, as is our big girl.
It’s been wonderful to work – in real life and virtually – alongside others working on the same or similar projects. I’ve particularly enjoyed following the progress of Crafternoon Treats’ variation on the Cosy blanket.
